Ski the “Super Seven” in Obertauern! Obertauern is one of Austria’s highest resorts with lifts going out from the village like an amphitheatre, making almost every hotel ski to door. The seven highest points of the ski area have been dubbed ‘the super seven’ and provide a great sense of achievement if you can reach all of them in a day!
Traditional meets modern in this beautiful Austrian resort
Lying at the highest point of the Tauern Pass, which runs from Radstadt to Mauterndorf, the scenic peaks of the Tauern range surround the mountain pass, allowing the lifts to fan out from a central point and create a superb natural circuit which can be skied in either direction. The entire circuit is easily achievable by a good intermediate skier. For beginners there is a range of nursery slopes with easy runs back to the village. Our accommodation options in Obertauern are perfect for schools with plenty of space for group activities and good proximity to the lifts and slopes!
